Black Anodized Aluminum Part

This aluminum component applied in the Aotomotive industry has been fabricated using a combination of lathe and CNC machining. 

The surface has been treated with a blackening process. 

The non-standard external and internal threads were achieved through customizing the threading. 

Additionally, due to the large and hollow nature of the part, stress relief was performed after initial machining for precision and accuracy.
